"One is never too old to make music, but also: one can't start too young!"

The Maasstedelijk Trainings Choir is a choir for children in the age of 5 to 9 years. It is the precursor of the Boys and Girls Choir. The children learn  the basic principles of the art of singing in a playful manner. They are guided and if necessary receive voice training. Sometimes they give concerts. Every year in the summer period the Training Choir goes out for a day trip.
All children are welcome, we believe that everybody can -learn how to- sing!

The Maasstedelijk Boys Choir is a poly phonic choir for boys and young men in the age of 9 to 21 years. The choir has a classical repertoire, and performs regularly. The choir gives concerts, cooporates in concerts with other choirs and provides solists for various projects and productions like the "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff. Voice lessons are given, and the pupils are tought to use their voices in a correct and most productive and effective way.
On a yearly base they go on a concert trip to a foreign country,
the last several years to Germany.

The Maasstedelijk Girls Choir is a choir with a classical repertoire for girls and young women in the age of 9 to 21 years. In an enthusiastic manner they practice classical poly phonic singing.
For the Christmas period there is a special Christmas repertoire.
The Girls Choir gives concerts and cooperates in concerts with other choirs. It also adds lustre to church services and provides solists for various projects and productions such as the "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff. Training of the voice has a big importance, their performences are of a very high quality. Every year the have a concert trip to a foreign country too, mostly Germany.
